Shipping policy

Buyer Places Order

The buyer places an order.

Customer Service Arranges Production Within 1-3 Days

The customer service team will communicate and arrange production within 1-3 days.

Delivery Time

The seller shall complete the preparation and shipment of the goods within the agreed delivery period (30 days after receiving the order).  

If the shipment is delayed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government policies, etc.), the seller shall promptly notify the buyer and provide relevant supporting documents.

Shipping Methods

The shipping method shall be determined through mutual agreement between both parties, and options may include sea freight, air freight, land transportation, or international express.  

Shipping costs shall be borne by the parties as agreed based on delivery speed and weight.

Packaging Requirements

The seller shall ensure that the goods are packaged in accordance with international shipping standards to effectively protect the goods from damage.  

The packaging shall clearly display the following information:  

- Buyer’s name and address  

- Order number  

- Product name and quantity  

- Destination port or address  

Shipping Notification

The seller shall promptly provide the buyer with a shipping notification after the goods are dispatched, including:  

- Shipment date  

- Shipping method and carrier information  

- Bill of lading or tracking number  

- Estimated arrival time  

Documentation Provided

The seller shall provide the buyer with the following documents after shipment (as required):  

- Commercial invoice  

- Packing list  

- Other necessary customs clearance documents

Delivery Time

The arrival time depends on the shipping time and the chosen speed of transportation.

Standard Shipping: 10-20 days

Commercial Express (UPS, Fedex, DHL): 7 days

Delay or Damage Liability

If the delay in shipment or damage to the goods is caused by the seller, the seller shall bear the corresponding responsibility.  

If the issue is caused by the carrier or force majeure, both parties shall negotiate a resolution.

Inspection and Claims

The buyer has the right to inspect the goods upon arrival at the destination.  

If the goods are found to be inconsistent with the contract, the buyer shall submit a written claim to the seller within the specified period and provide relevant evidence.

 

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by international trade practices and the laws agreed upon by both parties.  

In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to an arbitration institution or court for resolution.
